Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 10% of the total rent is charged on confirmed reservations when the cancellation is made more than 3 months before the arrival date.
A cancellation fee of 25% of the total rent is charged on confirmed reservations when the cancellation is made more than 6 weeks before the arrival date.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total rent is charged on confirmed reservations when the cancellation is made more than 2 weeks before the arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the date of arrival result in responsibility for full payment of the agreed rent as the Baoba Beach Vacation resort cannot rent to another customer. |
